What Is Survivor?
The game is about overcoming challenges and avoiding being eliminated. In more epic terms it would look like this: 20 players, two teams, one winner.
Two leaders are chosen at the start of a game, one for each team. Then the challenges begin. The losing team has to vote for one member to be eliminated. When the mini-game is individual, only the winner is immune to elimination, the rest have to participate in the voting. Let’s look at this in more detail:
These are chosen before the game starts. Your role as a leader is not very relevant.
Voting is done by team (loser) or individual (all against all). You can vote for someone, and whoever receives the most votes is out of the competition
The people who are usually eliminated are either because they did little in the game or are very strong, and it is better to get them out of the way (this is done when it is a vote all against all).
Why Play Survivor?
Survivor is a game where you can make friends and meet new people. We like it for that. Competing as a team is super cool because it gives more interaction to the mini games, plus it increases the difficulty.
For example, there is a mini game where both teams must press all the buttons. The first one to do so wins. What if there is no good communication or one of your colleagues is one-armed? Easy: they lose. This is a great feeling!
When it comes to knowing who will get kicked out, it’s great because the developers recreated the atmosphere of tension that exists in this type of reality. It generates a lot of suspense, and if you’re a shyster, laugh at others. Then when you’re safe you can breathe and prepare for the next challenge. Do you think you can win?
